I'm unable to install apps to my ipad mini from app store it just popups a dialog of review your appleid when I click to install in any app and after I click on review and fills the street and phone no. Deatails as we do it but it just says contact to itunes support.
Help me out this please.

Sounds like you are locked out of iTunes. If so, do as instructed, and contact iTunes Support:
