Incorrect name under Apple ID

hello For some reason somewhere in my phone you guys are under the impression my name is Matthew Gladstone..... I just got an email about to refund I requested and they referred to me as Matthew Gladstone and in my music playlists the are all under Matthew Gladstone... he has never owned this phone more has he ever had access to my Apple ID. I’m not sure how this setting got changed but my name is Christina York and I’ve had the same Apple ID for 10+ years so I’m not sure why this is happening all of a sudden but I would Appreciate it if somebody could help me fix it. From what I can see everything in my settings is under Christina york including my Apple ID. So im not sure where the other name is coming in to play

If you log into your Apple ID, what name shows there? In Contacts, is your Card marked as My Card?

All of the above are my name. Everything says my name. That’s why I’m so confused as to where the other name is coming from.
