iPhone 7 can’t activate

I have an iPhone 7 that worked fine until updating it to 14 earlier this year, then it wouldn’t re-activate.

I finally got Support to repair it because that’s a known bug in my model but when I sent it in they refused repair because it had gotten wet at some point. Turns out there a little diode that lights up if it gets wet, I’m sure put there by Apple to save millions of repair dollars.

The phone works fine, I just can’t use it for anything. I’d like to use it around the house for internet, Spotify, etc. is there a way to get it to a point where I can do that?

Thanks for any help!
