Ipad won't Charge
My iPad mini 2 has been sitting in my bag for a year and it won't charge. I did some research and it said I need the charger that came with it, but I don't have it. What do I do?

As described your battery may require replacement. Leaving a Li-ion battery unused/uncharged for extended periods is a recipe for battery failure.
Assuming that the iPad will boot and is functional when connected to its Power Adapter, you would be well advised to directly contact Apple Support - and request a remote battery test. The result of the test may better inform your next steps.
If the iPad will not boot, noting that the battery must have at least a minimum level of charge to boot - even when connected to a Power Adapter - then you have no option other than to send-in the iPad for repair, or visit the Genius Bar at an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider
