Do you have Apple TV hardware or the Apple TV app on your TV? If you are using Apple TV hardware please refer to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202190 to learn how to setup and use Home Sharing on your computer and Apple TV.

If you do not have Apple TV hardware, that is what you need. I'd recommend the Apple TV 4K.
