Loss of my downloaded music

I bought a new PC and downloaded the Apple ITunes App. I expected to find all of the CD music I had downloaded onto it previously, but none of it appeared. It took me hours and hours to download. How do I recover it all or do I have to download it all again ?

Fully deleted purchases from iTunes Some of my music files are completely missing. No, they are not hidden (I already went through that process). I went to listen to a song that I haven't listened to in several years, but it wasn't there anymore. Is there any way to get them back? I know that I bought the song because it is still on my old iPod. This has happened with a handful of my other purchases. Anyone else experience this?
