No hotspot after update

I don’t have wired internet way too expensive and unreliable here

i have Been-using my iPhone as a hot spot for my printer until the update to 14.4.2 last week. Now I can’t print and I suspect I can’t use my laptop either

I have gone thru trouble shooting steps on iPhone and the printer to no avail

is there a solution here or do I need to stop being a loyal Apple user of seven years and go buy an android?
