Triangle with Exclamation Mark next to Google Chrome on Screen Time

I saw that someone else posted a question about this but a direct answer was never provided so maybe there is now. When I was checking my screen time on my Macbook Air I noticed that next to google chrome there was a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it (white while on light mode black on dark mode) between the chrome logo and the words "Google Chrome". I checked back past weeks and it's also there except there is also a second "Google Chrome" without the warning symbol. On some weeks the chrome with the triangle shows up, others the normal one, and once they're both in the same week. The amount of hours spent on daily chrome seems right (both with triangle and without), I spend a lot of time on my mac doing homework assignments, watching Netflix, etc. The time they both showed up the one with the triangle logged a significantly larger amount of hours. . I'd like to know why there are two chromes and what the warning symbol is supposed to be. I'm including some examples down below.
