Cannot update the Apple TV to version 14.
I have reset it.
I have verified it isn’t running in beta.
I have restored it to factory settings.
It still refuses to update.
This has been going on now for months.
We cannot watch Netflix as it requires version 14. Someone help me before my husbands head blows off.
Please.
