Cellular usage

A lot of time I have to connect with a unreliable WIFI. Is there a way to make the iPad to disregard the WiFi and just connect with the cellular connection

My iPad uses cellular data instead of using Wi-Fi connection, but the icon connection indicates that Wi-Fi is on. When I go to settings there is no option for cellular. Wi-Fi to Cellular Transition Having a problem with my iphone 11 not switching to cellular data when wifi is no longer available and not switching back to wifi when wifi is available. In order to force the phone to switch to cellular data I have to go into settings and switch off wif. When near wifi I have to shut off cellular data in settings for force the phone to goto wifi, once I force the phone it will work fine with out doing anything else till I leave the wifi area. Currently using ios 16.5, but have been having issues dating back to iOS 14 or 15.

Switching from Wifi to Cellular Why doesn't iPhone switch to cellular when network down at home or office? I have no problem using cellular when I leave either but if in location where normally connect via Wifi to LAN an on to internet if either the internet goes down or the LAN goes down I need to turn off Wifi to start using Cellular. Make sense? Maybe I've goofed in the Settings. Thanks for any suggestions.

Turn off WiFi.
