E sim settings missing on my phone phone since yesterday

I brought my i phone 11 in india, i moved to USA so i got an at&t carrier as e-sim last night all of a sudden my esim is not working and no e-sim settings are visible.

We understand that you don't see eSIM settings on your iPhone. Just to confirm, is your iPhone unlocked? “To use two different carriers, your iPhone must be unlocked. Otherwise, both plans must be from the same carrier. If a CDMA carrier provides your first SIM, your second SIM won't support CDMA. Contact your carrier for more information. “

Thank you for confirming, udaysuraj208. Which iOS version is your device running? If an update is needed, let's go ahead and do that now: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Have all carrier updates been installed as well? Here's how to check: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad


If the issue persists, try restarting your iPhone and then reset the network settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. Your other personal data will not be deleted, as long as that is the reset chosen.
