I was using Esim in my 12promax almost 2 years, unfortunately one day the esim was disappeared and there was no any option showing in my phone add esim, my phone i bought it from Bahrain, there no 2 physical sim option too.. i reset network option and i tried many way .. any one can help me how to solve this issue please..?

All iPhone 12 models have option for Physical SIM. It may or may not have eSIM based on model. Check Model Number on iPhone as shown in the GIF below

Yes. I have one physical sim option.. and my phone made by Canada, because the letter before the slash is A. Also i was using Esim almost two years in the same phone.. So how it happen..? Can you help me please
I have the same issue. I used two SIMs for more than two years and all of a sudden my eSIM disappeared and I do not have the option to add one, yet it shows me a second IMEI in the about section.
