I was using Esim in my 12promax almost 2 years, unfortunately one day the esim was disappeared and there was no any option showing in my phone add esim, my phone i bought it from Bahrain, there no 2 physical sim option too.. i reset network option and i tried many way .. any one can help me how to solve this issue please..?

I have the same issue. I used two SIMs for more than two years and all of a sudden my eSIM disappeared and I do not have the option to add one, yet it shows me a second IMEI in the about section.
