un tracible deduction

i have added debit card, and subscribed to some software's before on android and i have removed all softwares from android and changes to iphone, but still there is some deduction. i have tried to remove my debit card but still its showing subscription to some softwares which will end after 10days. this is the worst thing i have seen, meanwhile i have no balance in my card and i want to download some softwares in i phone and now it is showing to change the payment method as ur card is declined. can someone guide me to remove this stuff.
