Still processing
I ordered an iPad Air 4 with and engraved Apple Pencil 2, the Apple Pencil went from processing to preparing to ship in a matter of 50 minutes but the iPad is still in processing after 4 days. Anybody have this problem too?
Yes, this is common, and in no way an indicator of a problem. When you ordered the items, Apple would have provided an anticipated arrival date. As that date approaches, the status will change to preparing to ship, then to shipped. At that time, Apple will send you an email with an updated arrival date. Also at that time, your method of payment will be charged.
