Apple Pencil not working properly. I had scribbled a text. After that, on Scribble icon, it goes for learning words in languages. Not going to Scribble, what I created.

First, check out the information shown here about how to use Scribble: Enter text with Scribble on iPad
Also, we see that you are using iPadOS 14. Is this the most updated version you have installed? You can check this in Settings > General > About. Have you tried closing your apps, and restarting your iPad to see if that helps? If not, give that a try.
Quit and reopen an app on iPad
