I opened my iPad to do some markup on a landscape plan, but the ruler is malfunctioning. For some reason it won't trace along the edge, and some kind of phantom ruler exists which it will trace along. I have not moved the ruler in this picture; just turned it on. The lines trace along the invisible edge as seen in this picture, but not the ruler. I've reset the iPad a number of times, but no luck. It is entirely updated.

Yes, I've restarted multiple times with the issue always sticking. I am currently running version 14.4.2
