Can my Apple Watch notify a family member’s cell phone when it detects a fib or inactivity?

If I’m unconscious, who gets notified?

Setting Sleep focus alarm in iPhone won’t alarm on Apple Watch I have been using sleep focus and the associated alarm for several weeks now and have been trying to get the alarm (vibrate specifically) on my watch while I wear it sleeping. Silence AFIB notifications Several months ago, I started getting Afib notifications on my watch. My doctor confirmed the condition and prescribed medication to control it. I left the setting on to collect data on my phone each day. The problem is that the watch notifies me many times each day. However, the notification is annoying and disturbing, especially at night as it wakes me up. i don’t want to stop the sampling, as I want to continue collecting historical data for review with my doctor. However, I do want to silence all Afib notifications on my watch. I can’t seem to figure out how to do this. Suggestions?

The only automatic calling that I am aware of is for fall detection:
