Mac mini multiple monitors

I work from home I am currently using laptop with 29” Lg ultra wide monitor as 2nd monitor.

my work consists of smart team communicator app, Amazon work spaces, zoom, and office suite programs.

I know the mini can support 2 monitors. Which I can deal if I get 2nd ultra wide. But would love to have 3rd or more 24”. Can the 8gb or 16 go handle that? Even via dongle? If needed?

The 2020 Silicone M1 Mac Mini only supports two displays. (1 on the USB-C port and 1 on the HDMI port)

The 2018 Intel Mac Mini model supports three displays. (2 staggered on the USB-C ports and 1 on the HDMI port)
