Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! Thanks or your question dealing with wanting to send messages that include videos large than what is currently allowed by the Messages app. We'd be glad to see how we can help you out.
If these are videos that you've taken, you might consider trimming them in the Photos app or in iMovie to make them smaller. You may also be able to send them a different way utilizing the Mail Drop feature within the Mail app. Mail Drop allows you to send an email via iCloud that can be up to 5GB, which is quite a bit larger than the allowed video size of Messages. Learn about the requirements and Mail Drop limits here.
