1-year free trial mistakenly cancelled?

I had monthly paid Apple TV subscription then purchased a new iPhone and received offer for 1-year free subscription to which I signed up for and received confirmation email of this. I then cancelled my monthly, but must have cancelled my freezer trial subscription too. Can this be fixed?

The free year trial is not automatic. Users have to redeem the offer to get the subscription.

Contact Apple Support about your specific situation, being a previous subscriber.
