TV provider login

I login with Suddenlink info and it tells me I selected the wrong provider and yo select Altice One, I select Altice One and it tells me I selected the wrong provider and to select Suddenlink

Who is your TV provider? Whoever it is go to their website and verify your login in works. If it does not, please work with their support to fix the issue.


Once you successfully can log into your TV providers website, please wait about 1/2 hour to give it time to go through their system and then retry on the Apple Tv.
