Repeated Panic Error for MacBook Pro M1 when using Citrix Workspace and Skype

My month and a half old MacBook Pro is having constant Panic Errors. I use my MacBook to remote connect for work using Citrix Workspace. I realized the issue is primarily when I am connected through Citrix Workspace to my Windows machine and am presenting a file in Skype or Zoom. My machine within moments goes to pink screen of death and I end up with a panic error. This will happen almost every time. If I am using the MacBook to stream movies, browse movies or other, I don't see the issue. My Panic Errors log for the past day looks like this

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffe00239544c4): "dart-disp0 (0xfffffe23369c4000): SMMU(SMMU) error:

I took my device to the Apple Store they said nothing was wrong with it and I let them reformat my machine. No improvement. I called Apple again and they want me to bring it in again and if that doesn't help they want to send it out for repair. This is my work machine and I don't have the ability to be without my machine.

Has anyone heard of or seen this kind of issue?

Apple-Silicon M1:

Apple says every well-behaved ordinary APP (that does not use Virtualization) will run on Apple-Silicon. It will use Rosetta emulation to translate the Intel binary to M1-binary.

Your Apps, are running and not crashing while being executed on a a completely different processor than the one the developer used, a remarkable achievement.

thank you so much! Apple hasn't even looked at the panic logs yet which baffles me.

Only the Apple engineers will ever look at the Kernel Panic logs since Apple doesn't teach their other techs how to interpret the panic logs. It is hard to get Apple to escalate any issues these days so most users will never have their issue reviewed by anyone truly knowledgeable like an engineer. Apple tech support is really basic. Run diagnostics that rarely detect a problem and perform a clean install. If a clean install has issues, then have the Mac repaired for a hardware issue. You may find a better tech at an AASP, but it depends if the AASP (or the tech) services non-Apple products as well.
