My iCloud / Mail is going very slow today? Is there an iCloud problem?

Mail on Ventura 13.0 cannot search I am using the new custom domain feature in cloud mail. I have approx 800 emails and can search perfectly on my iPad, iPhone and online at icloud.com yet when I'm in the Mail app, i type a simple search phrase, and no results are found. It won't even find a word in the most recently received email. I have rebuild mailbox resynced deleted envelope files checked all settings in spotlight run rebuild scripts in terminal rebooted endless times using MBP M1 It seems to be a common issue and one that Apple as usual are ignoring - i see posts in the community going back over a year on this issue. It would appear you cannot even log a support ticket for icloud - despite paying close to £30 a month for it. Any ideas, anyone?

I have the same question as GcDeS. My iCloud mail is loading very slowly. It seems that my iCloud email is moving faster on my cell phone then on my laptop. My cell phone is using its cellular network. It is not connected to WiFi. My laptop is connected via Ethernet to my home network. Everything else is working fine. Just my apple email is slow. Does Apple know what the problem is?
