Main stage midi mapping two sounds

So I purchased Mainstage a couple of days ago because I’m looking to play the sounds I’ve created in logic live. This hasn’t been a problem but I have run into another dilemma, I need to play two sounds at the same time during one song. To do this I’m hoping to have the midi keyboard play the Steinway Grand Piano patch but then have the midi pads (on said keyboard) mapped to play a certain note from my Rotor sound. Can I accomplish this and if so how?

Thing is I bought myself a Casio digital piano with tons of built in voices (organs, strings, synths, etc.) and I want to use these to record music directly (without an external microphone). However, when I connect the keyboard via MIDI to GarageBand, I can only use the GarageBand tones, but not the ones from my piano. Split Keys in GarageBand Over and over again people ask you how to split the midi controller keyboard connected with a midiinterface to Garageband. I would like to play one instrument with the left hand and another instrument with the right hand..I havent found any answer to this question in this community..How can I do it... Does it mean it is not possible or it is only possible with logic pro that runs only with ox11 and higher and would need even a newer computer... thanks for your answer
