kernel_task and acountsd running at the same time destroying the performance

My MacBook Pro 2011 15" has been running kernel task and acountsd for like a month and it aint stopping after a time machine restore, its taking 1GB of my RAM and acountsd is taking quite a lot of my CPU making it lag...

Is there any way to just end this forever? I use this mac too much to not care.

Thanks for any help!

kernel_task has got to be there. It is the heart and soul of macOS. No kernel_task, not macOS. You cannot escape having a kernel_task.

The memory used by the kernel_task is managing all your running processes, keeping track of memory allocations, and a host of other things. The more physical RAM you have in your Mac, the more kernel_task memory needed to keep track of what processes are using what pages of memory.

Both of these items are going to be running from the moment you boot your system until you shutdown, especially kernel_task

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Whew, they've changed pastebin & made it harder, but after pasting in, click Create new paste button, then Embed button, then copy the URL...

The important part of the above is...

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...
