Have a starkey hearing aid with AI, iPhone 11 phone. Have been trying to pair hearing aids to iphone and its been several minutes and it is still searching. Have the Thrive app downloaded. What am I missing?

Contacting the vendor is your best course of action. Starkey have surely encountered more iPhones than iPhones have encountered Starkey hearing aids. Good luck.

Wanting to eliminate all other possible problems before I contact the vendor.
If these hearing aids are advertised as being MFi (Made For iPhone) compatible, try pairing them with your phone via the Settings | Accessibility | Hearing Devices page. Even if they are not advertised as MFi, try that. Good luck.
