Finder does not show path and icon of a file in a particular drive

When I try to search for a file, finder does not show it's icon and it's path in "path bar". I can not preview the file too. If I go into the file location it works fine, with previews and icon. Can It be a broke spotlight index? How can I fix it?

No idea why you see what you do, but I would agree that trying to reindex Spotlight is the first step.
