Hi! So I wanted to erase my Iphone for like a new start and when I was resetting, the black screen with the apple logo came up. As the bar started moving, it randomly stopped and now my phone seems frozen because it hasn't moved for almost and hour. Is there anything I can do?

It really shouldn’t take an hour for the phone to restart. Try a forced restart as explained in their support article.
