How to select SIM while calling/messaging from recent number?

Hello Vadimych! Manually entering the number using the keypad or saving the number to your Contacts and selecting to call them through your Contacts app should allow you to select which number to call them with.

If you'd like this option to be made available with numbers that you choose to call back from using the Recents list in the Phone app, you can leave feedback letting Apple know you'd like this feature in a future update: Product Feedback

If you're using the keypad, follow these steps:

1. Enter the phone number.
2. Tap the phone number, near the top of the screen. 
3. Tap the number you want to use.

Alternatively, you can add the number to your Contacts and select which SIM to use to call the number: Use Contacts from the Phone app on iPhone
