We received an email from apple saying that we subscribed to itunes. My wife says she did not. The number to call was 810-212-****. upon calling I got an offshore answering service that wanted me to go to my computer and go to a site. Is this legit

Fraud - My wife received an email stating she had a 49.99 charge for clan clash My wife received an email stating she had a 49.99 charge for clan clash. The email appeared to be from apple. When she clicked that it was not a valid charge, it asked for her social security number? I thought this was very odd. Is this legit? Everything looks right but I work in the finance community and don’t think they should ever request you to enter a social. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
