Change Itunes region / country

Dear Support team,

I am trying to change my itunes country as I moved recently to Egypt, since there is a small balance in the account I was not able to do so.

Kindly can you convert / remove the balance from my account so I can do it manually?

How to clear balance account itunes Please help me clear my balance itunes so that I can change the country back to us. I accidentally press change to uk. Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
