I have a new iPad second hand!
When I trying to update it by iTunes the activation lock screen appears!
I got it online, by the market place and I can not find the owner!
I have proof of purchase and I have a support case number 101372111012

You do not have an original proof of purchase from Apple. You have a proof of resale by the seller to you through the marketplace you used. You need to get the marketplace to enforce their buyer protection rules.
Even if I had a proof of purchases!
Cuz I can not find the owner because I moved to another country!
