My AirPods case not lighting up

My AirPods and charger both died, do I put them on the charger, but the light didn’t turn on. I waited about twenty minutes and still no light, what do I do?

Thanks for reaching out about your AirPods not turning on. We can help with this. Try resetting them using these steps. Also, make sure to try using a different charging cable, adapter, and power outlet to see if this is just a charger/power issue.


If this doesn't work, you'll need to Contact Apple Support to ask about your hardware repair options.



Reset your AirPods



"Reset your AirPods

With the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until you see the status light flashing amber."
