Can i track my iphone that was stolen without after removing my apple ID

My iphone was stolen after i removed my Apple ID. Is it possible for me to track or lock it and how?

If you remove the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device.
