Spoofed phone

If I clicked a link an put in personal information an I think my phone is spoofed what do I do ? Do I have to get a new phone ? If I take it to apple can they do anything to see if my phone is still being used ?

No such thing as “spoofed iphone,” unless it is jailbroken. If you don’t know what “jailbroken” is, most likely you did not do it. But you better change out passwords to your “legit banking” or whatever legit sites you go to. But click link above your original post, go from there.
