If you didn’t purchase the extended, AppleCare+ warranty for your expensive iPad Pro, the free, one-year, limited AppleCare ( NO + sign ) warranty does NOT cover ANY accidental OR incidental damages caused by the user.
None.
So, what reason were you provided for them denying your warranty claim?
So what is the problem or damage?
Are you referring to the regular one year warranty or did you buy Applecare?
