Apple Music subscription problem

I had multi Apple Music subscription options like, student family or single but now only show me 3 month subscription, I try on my pc or using other methods but unable to do so. I don’t want to pay for 3 months subscription there is a way to over come this situation, whit out paying the 3 months. And even if I pay the 3 months, I’ll able to cancel and ask for a refund so I can able to see other options?
