I had multi Apple Music subscription options like, student family or single but now only show me 3 month subscription, I try on my pc or using other methods but unable to do so. I don’t want to pay for 3 months subscription there is a way to over come this situation, whit out paying the 3 months. And even if I pay the 3 months, I’ll able to cancel and ask for a refund so I can able to see other options?

I managed to solve my problem. After I subscribed to 3 months, I change to single months payments.

There's isn't a 3 month rate, only monthly, at least not in the USA. Click on this link and look near the bottom: Apple Music - Apple
I believe the free trial is for 3 months.
I not in USA, I’m currently in UK I have used the free trial before, and my last subscription was Apple One.
