How do I access the App Store on i-Tunes (Win 10).

A search on Google returns multiple links to answers to this question, but they all indicate the App Store is available through i-Tunes on a Windows 10 PC by selecting the "Music" Category on the right side of the "Store" screen, and then navigating to the App Store selection.

There is no App Store selection in the drop down below the Music category. The only item in the drop down under the Music Category is Music.

If it's true the App Store is not available through iTunes on a Windows 10 PC, is there a way to access the App Store in a browser on a Windows 10 PC?

I understand this question has been asked many, many times before, but even the "Help" prompts that pop up below my question don't include a link providing an actual answer. So I have nowhere to go but back here.
