Those are face recognition boxes. You are not going to be able to stop them from appearing. One way to not have them appear in your final picture is to just snap the photo instead of saving as a screenshot.

You don’t. A screen shot reproduces exactly what you see on the screen, so if you have a box showing the face in portrait mode it will appear in the screen shot. But why are you using screen shot? Why don’t you just take the picture?
