Black square

Recently I have a black square with a white dot on my screen. When I touch it, it brings up various short cuts. It is always in my way. How do I get rid of it?

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi, Cellular

Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Assistive Touch... turn it off. When done restart your iPad.
