How can I add wifi network back to the list?

I removed wifi network from the list and am unable to add it back. Tried the SMC rest as well. What can be done?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

Hi tanviech!

If you removed the WiFi interface from your Network Preferences, you should be able to add it again following this article by Apple:

Choose preferred Wi-Fi networks on Mac:

https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/choose-preferred-wi-fi-networks-on-mac-mchlp1201/mac

If it’s the interface that’s missing on the left column, you can re-add it by clicking the “+” on the bottom left.

Likewise, you can easily just add a new network location to change the interfaces to defaults!:

Use network locations on Mac:

Hope this helps!
