Can't send e-mails to one particular account, others are OK

If I send an e-mail from my iCloud account to my wife's, she doesn't receive it. If I send from my hotmail account it goes OK. However, she can e-mail to my iCloud account without problem. I have this problem with my iPhone 7 and laptop (Win10). Neither of us have any other problems with out iCloud accounts. Any ideas please?

If you can't send an email on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  1. When you make an iOS or iPadOS backup in iCloud or iTunes, it backs up your mail settings, but not your email. ... 
  2. Make sure your device is connected to the Internet.
  3. Check with your email service provider to find out if there's a service outage.
