Iphone 11 camera opens randomly while using other app

For the 2-3 months my IPhone 11 camera opens randomly while using other app or when I keep it on table etc. My IOS version is 14.4.2. I did almost all suggestions posted on the net. The result is negative. I did the following:

Updated the IOS the latest
I took a backup and reset everything and then restored.
I removed the case and tried
I checked camera setting

None of the above solved my problem. Can anybody throw some light on this problem. This problem was noticed after I upgraded IOS 14.4.X onward.
