DVD Insert Behavior on Big Sur - Stop Autoplay?

I am on Mac OS 11.2.3 and would like to disable DVD Player automatically launching and beginning playback when a DVD is inserted in an external drive.

Previously, DVD Player had a preferences pane and there was also a CD/DVD section in System Preferences. Both are now missing in 11..x.x.

Any idea on how to control this behavior?

Thanks!

First, look in the View menu in System Preferences. You can hide prefpanes you don't use. Maybe it is just hidden.

Or, Look in /System/Library/PreferencePanes. Try opening it from there.

It won't display for me because I don't have a DVD drive attached.
