Go to the Library ➙ All Photos view and scroll down to the bottom of the window.

Or, create a smart albums with the criteria:

The you can sort the photo so the newest photos are at the top of the window.

Do you mean the most recently photographed by your phone/camera? (If so see Old Toads post)

Or the most recently added to the photos app - in which case, you can look in the recents, or imports folder.
