Pending purchase
If I have a purchase pending on my apple store how can I cancel it I did not mean to buy it but the purchase was declined and now I cannot download any apps until I add a new payment method to accept the purchase which I don’t want?

We understand you're looking to cancel a pending purchase. If you haven't received the content you attended to purchase, you will need to reach out to Apple directly. If you have received the content you can request a refund.
