iPhone 7 plus (128gb) ghost touch issue after screen replacement

Okay, to set it straight.. my iPhone has an issue where it will have ghost touch on the left side of the screen for only about a centimeter going down the entire display area. It will prevent you from typing and it’s just overall an irritating mess. Can anyone explain what is going on? Because I want to know what is happening because it’s been going on since day one of the screen replacement.
