Macbook Air M1 (7 core GPU) - External Monitor Flickering

Hi there,

I am using a USB C -> DisplayPort Cable (ver 1.2) to connect Dell 27" 4K (S2721Q) external monitor, but the problem is that the monitor flickers periodically every few seconds. This happens on any resolution I set on external monitor, i.e., scaling of 1920x1080 or 3840 x 2160 or anything in between.

The firmware on the Dell S2721Q is M2B103 and the macOS on MacBook Air M1 is Big Sur 11.3.

Does anyone faced this issue, any solution(s) available ?
