Why is my beats pill not pairing with my iPhone XR??

We understand you're unable to pair your Beats Pill with your iPhone.

For steps on how to troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection between your Beats and iPhone, please see what to do If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product.

If you still can't connect, you can Reset your Beats speaker.

We'd also recommend checking for a firmware update. Please see how to Update the firmware of your Beats product for details.

We've also recently released iOS version 14.5. If you need to update, please be sure to create a current backup prior to doing so. These links can help:

If you're still unable to pair your Beats Pill with your iPhone, can you tell us if you're able to pair other Bluetooth devices with your iPhone as expected? If so, can you also try pairing your Beats Pill with a different Bluetooth device?
